Building a Terrain Board

War hammer is a fantasy character playing game usually played with small figures and dice. Every team or player gathers an army to guard and fight the other players or teams. Build a gaming board to provide you more space to play and provide you more choices in game play. War hammer gaming terrain board is approximately 4 by 4 feet.

Create a four-sided framewith the 2 by 1 foot boards, position two 4 foot boards on conflicting sides. Attach them along with the 26 inch boards and the four small screws. Carefully cut the edges if necessary. Make three holes from side to side of the 4 by 4 foot plywood piece. Drill one hole at every corners and another hole in the middle of the board. Making the holes initially helps avoid splitting afterward.  Locked 1-1/2 inch screws onto the pre-made holes to fasten the upper 4 by 4 foot plywood board to the four sided frame. This finishes the basic work frame of the war hammer game board. Combine single part glue to two portions water in the container.

Coat the plywood board with glue. Finish small part at a time as the glue quickly dries. Spread sand on the glue before coating more glue on the following part and then continue until the board is wrapped with sand. Allow the board dries overnight. Turn the board on its side and remove any dirt, when it dries. To make hills in the terrain put additional sand mounds into the glue.
